Boil potatoes peel & cut
Heat oil in a pan. Add fenugreek seeds & as it turns brown add Jimbu. Next goes potatoes. Cook until crisp. Add turmeric, salt, red chilli powder, pinch of cumin powder & sichwan powder. Serve hot!
